Washer won't start or door won't latch? This door lock switch assembly detects if the door is closed. DIY-friendly repair with video guide included.
The washing machine would allow you to program it, and all the lights on the control panel would light up, but pressing start did nothing. I tried putting the washer in diagnostic mode, but was unable to do so. The machine was not showing any fault code. I originally thought it was a problem with the 'Start' button and I thought that I'd buy a replacement part from the original seller of the washer. I was told by the 'live help chat person' that the problem was likely in the washer user... Read more

Fix water leaks from your washer's drain system. This drain hose assembly channels wastewater properly. Easy DIY repair with back panel removal.
This is an easy fix. Just remove the back panel, remove the hose clamp to pull out the old hose, put the new hose on, make sure the clamp is well centered onto the connection, and return the back panel. Make sure to insert the drain hose into the three plastic guides that prevent the hose from moving around. The Samsung factory did not do this on my original hose, which is why it failed, because it was rubbing against the tub support and it wore a hole into the hose. I am going to complain... Read more

Fix drainage issues and trapped debris with this washer drain pump filter. Traps lint and particles for optimal performance. Includes video guide.
When we first removed the drain filter from the washer, we noticed the O-ring had a slight defect which made removal hard and reinstallation almost a nightmare. Finally we ordered another filter when we ordered a water valve/thermistor for the mother-in-law's washer. Filter installed a lot easier than the original one. Should have ordered one way sooner! Now on to the washer. Read more
Replacement power cord for washers. Connects washer to wall outlet for electrical supply. Replace if cord is damaged, frayed, chewed, or cracked.
First I checked the breaker and outlet and both were good...then I unplugged the machine, took the top off, and removed the control panel. I check the wiring to see if there were any loose plug ins, etc...This is where I figured the panel was bad (or possibly the power cord) so I ordered both. The parts arrived the next day. (incredibly fast shipping) Since I wasn't expecting them til after the weekend I left everything disassembled and went on a mini vacation for a couple of days. Upon... Read more
This is the outer door panel or glass assembly on the front of the dryer. It forms the exterior surface of the dryer door and works with the inner door panel to create a sealed enclosure. Replace this part if the outer panel is cracked, shattered, or damaged, which can affect the door's ability to close securely and maintain proper drying temperatures.

This is a shipping bolt and bracket assembly used to secure the washer's inner tub during transport, preventing damage to the suspension system. The bolts lock the drum in place so it cannot move while the machine is being relocated. Install these bolts before moving the washer to a new location, and remove them before operating the machine - leaving them in during use can cause excessive vibration and damage to internal components.
Since I'm useing these items for an upcoming move. The moving crew will be installing as well as removing them after use. Read more
Keeps your washer stable and balanced. Replace if worn, damaged, or rubber base is missing to prevent walking and sliding. Verify fit with your model.
The front legs were slightly worn and the rubber coverings were missing from the rear feet. This allowed the washer to slide easily on the tile floor. I replaced all four feet. This only required a 12 mm open end wrench. After leveling the washer, things were improved, but I also took the opportunity to replace the four shock absorbers under the drum. The shock absorbers were 5+ years old and one was showing signs of wear / damage. This required removing the front and rear panels with a... Read more
