Replaced the Spider Arm with new ordered part as well as replaced the Door Boot Seal. With unit apart it took 3 hours to reassemble the washer. Works great now with NO leaks! Read more
Very easily! the entire front of the drawer pops off, and the replacement clicks into place. took about 5 minutes and one little tool to push the "pins" out to release the drawer front. Read more
Removed inspection panels located leaking water guide. Searched web found Appliance Parts Pros and called to verify part availability as other sites were out of stock. Confirmed part, ordered 2nd day delivery, part was at my door by 10am the next day. 10:30 part was installed verified to correct water leak, inspection panels reinstalled and washer back in place in the laundry room. Pulled top off (4 black screws on back of machine, top right and left corners). Slide lid straight back. Pcb was mounted to back wall of machine. Simple switch out, took a couple of minutes, a part that was less than $40.00 and I was doing laundry again. Beats spending another $800-$1000 on a new machine! Read more
