Removed the rear panel, top lid and found burnt belt and what appeared to be worn out plastic dampers/shocks on bottom of drum. I had called several repairmen and they were all 7-10 days behind. Bought a new mechanical door latch from AppliancePartsPros (they are AWESOME) and replace it in the machine. Easy to replace but lost one of the small nylon bushings from the door hinge and the electric plug is difficult to seperate from old latch. Other than that its a simple job. Read more
