Removed the rear panel, top lid and found burnt belt and what appeared to be worn out plastic dampers/shocks on bottom of drum. I had called several repairmen and they were all 7-10 days behind. Customer service at appliancepartspros helped me trouble shoot the problem. Once we narrowed it down to the dampers, we placed the order and the parts arrived just a few days later. The repair was not extremely difficult, just a couple awkward angles removing a few of the bolts that hold the dampers in place. With the repair complete, the vibration of the washer has been significantly reduced. Thanks for your help appliancepartspros! Read more

This rubber ring seals the inner door of your front-loading washing machine to prevent water leaks. It creates a watertight barrier between the door and the wash tub during operation. Replace it if you notice water leaking from the door area or if the ring is torn or moldy.
I went on-line, found your company, and found the exact part I needed. It arrived on time and in about 15 minutes I changed out the panel with no problems! Read more
This washing machine balance counterweight is a heavy concrete block attached to the left side of the washer tub to reduce vibration during spin cycles. It helps keep the machine stable and prevents excessive shaking or walking across the floor. Replace this counterweight if it's cracked, broken, or if your washer vibrates excessively or moves during operation.
