I followed Matt's awesome video from AppliancePartsPros.com to build up my "I can do this" reserves. But here's the story leading up to that point... We purchased our Samsung WF419 on a “Black Friday” special November 2009 expecting to get some good years out of the washer/dryer pair. This clamp secures a flexible appliance hose to a fitting to help prevent leaks and keep connections tight. It's a small but essential part that restores a proper seal on water or drain lines. What it does:
Mounting screw for washer assembly. Secures components and panels in place. Replace if screw is stripped, missing, or no longer holds parts firmly.
Mounting bracket for laundry center units. Secures components in proper position. Replace if cracked, bent, broken, or missing during installation.
Panel mounting screw for laundry centers. Secures control panels, trim pieces, and access panels. Replace missing, stripped, or damaged screws.
Secures the door seal to your washer tub to prevent leaks. Replace if washer leaks from the door or clamp is damaged or missing. Confirm fit with your model.
