This is a small heating element that wraps around or sits near the ice maker fill tube to prevent water from freezing inside the tube between fill cycles. It keeps the pathway clear so water can flow freely into the ice maker mold. Removed all the food from the freezer and most from the fridge before starting. Tipped fridge back until I could place a 2 x 4 a couple of inches behind the front rollers. With the front of the fridge now approximately 3 to 4" off the ground you can remove the adjusting bolt and the roller assembly can be pulled out of the brackets.
