The installation of the new condenser motor was as the video described; there were no surprises. I noted the difference in operation immediately, the fan was moving at a higher rate of speed in a smoother motion. The new motor had far less shaft end play and seems to move more air across the condenser coil than the original motor. This refrigerator ice level control board monitors ice production and storage levels in your automatic ice maker. It signals when to stop making ice when the bin is full and resume production when ice is needed. Replace this control board when your ice maker overproduces ice, fails to stop when full, or doesn't restart ice production when the bin empties.
Bought new optic control boards, both the emitter and the receiver. The repair process was so simple. The KitchenAid repair tech came out to diagnose our issue. He was only going to come back and install a new emitter. They wanted a lot of money to do the repair. They were going to charge us $257 just for the part (emitter board).
