Noticed that some terminals on the wiring harness were corroded and that no water was being pumped over the ice grid. Ice machine did get cold inside the compartment so it was not apparent that the compressor was bad. Ordered a Water Pump (from bin to ice grid) and a new wiring harness. Recirculating pump appeared to be okay. As I am not an experienced service tech (actually a Chemist) logic told me that my chances of success were high (not guaranteed though)..
