Replaced the de-frost timer because I noticed that one of the terminals was discolored indicating a high resistance connection. In addition I inspected the de-frost heater elements for continuity and shorts and they checked out OK. I ordered a clip retainer which hold the compressor in place. First, I discovered there are four clips and the one which I could easily move or turn by hand I ordered a replacement. The part came fast. In less than two minutes I had completed the repair. Read more
I took off the cover on the back of the fridge. Then took the small cover off the side of the compressor. Pulled off the relay and shook it and you could hear parts rattling inside. Ordered a repalcement and it's been working since. Read more
