Replaced all 4 shocks, and 2 suspension springs. The overall fix was easy for the shocks which only require a quarter turn with a cresent wrench to replace. The suspension springs are more difficult because the bottom of the washer drum must be supported due to the substantial weight. I found the part on your site and ordered it. Your company was one of the only places that had it in stock. The repair took less that ten minutes. The top of our dryer pops loose without any tools. Then I just spun the drum around until the broken drum lift was at the top and unscrewed the screws. I put the new lifter in and installed the screws.
