My fridge's meat drawer (the drawer with "Deli Fresh" on it) became cracked on the front and needed to be replaced. It took quite a while of looking at this website's diagrams to figure out that what I needed to order is called "Pan ASM Top." I purchased replacement parts to completely replace basket, face plate, and rollers. I received exactly what I ordered. The only problem I had was removing the part(s) from the shipping box. I thought the part came assembled (as rollers had been installed onto the basket), but the face plate had not been snapped into place. I searched the web for a replacement drawer to no avail. Once I reached this site I was pretty discouraged when your site also said my drawer was no longer available. A suggestion for a different replacement drawer that MAY work was my only option. I purchased the drawer with the understanding that it could be returned if it didn't fit. Had to take the back cover off. It was very tight to remove the fan that sat in the drip pan but did get it off, was able to apply the same level of cursing and got the new pan installed, installing the drain tube was a breeze. Found the parts price very reasonable. Hoping the Whirlpool redesigned the pan so I won't have to do it ever again. I was surprised at how bad the quality of their original part was. After 4 years of heavy use nearly all of the facia assembly's plastic attachment tabs were broken. This caused the facia to pull away from the door while trying to open the dishwasher.
