Easy fix, just removed the screws that remained, installed the new unit and reapplied the screws. Didn't take 5 minutes. The issue is why Jenn-Aire makes a product so shoddy that it required me to replace this part TWO TIMES. The first time was still under warranty. Opened the door and removed the set screw on the top left end of the door using a hex wrench. The door was easy to remove from the hinge after the set screw was removed. With the door removed I cleaned around the hinges and removed the years of grease build up. I put a few drops of 3:1 oil in the hinge holes to lubricate them. Finally I installed the new door. Done!
