I replaced the bar and rack support. It was fairly easy. I measured the shelf and cut the bar to size. Then I inserted the bar into the shelf support and the inserted the bar and supports into the slots on the left and right. No instructions are included with either piece, which makes installation take more time and care. My husband unscrewed the broken railing and slipped in the new railing and screwed it in place. The new snack drawer was then sled in. The screw they provided was tight but after twisting it a few times went into the railing hole fine. Read more

The new slides fit perfectly. One thing to mention is that the slide rails come with the slide bearings so you do not need to buy those separate. When I called I was told I needed the bearings so I bought 3 assuming I would be able to salvage the others. Turns out I did not need them. Read more

After sliding out the old shelf I removed the middle track from the old shelf & installed it with the new left side track on the new shelf. They basically click in & out. Slid the new shelf assembly in & put meat drawer in place. Read more

Ordered left and right side supports and they arrived in two days! It took me longer to get stuff out of the way in the fridge so I could take the shelf out than it did to actually swap out the side supports. Parts fit perfectly and quick easy repair. Read more

The part just snaps on the basket. You have to remove the clips on the end of the runner arms to be able to remove the basket. Once it was out the old arm snap off and you snap on the new arm. Only problem was my old arm was fine and I wished the company would just sell the gasket. It seems a waste to have to purchase the whole arm. The complete job took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. I ordered the part online a Sunday afternoon and it arrived at my house on Tuesday. Read more
