I purchased replacement parts to completely replace basket, face plate, and rollers. I received exactly what I ordered. The only problem I had was removing the part(s) from the shipping box. I thought the part came assembled (as rollers had been installed onto the basket), but the face plate had not been snapped into place. I searched the web for a replacement drawer to no avail. Once I reached this site I was pretty discouraged when your site also said my drawer was no longer available. My fridge's meat drawer (the drawer with "Deli Fresh" on it) became cracked on the front and needed to be replaced. It took quite a while of looking at this website's diagrams to figure out that what I needed to order is called "Pan ASM Top." Drawer arrived in 2 days, and all I had to do was remove the old drawer and slide in the new one. It's a little tricky -- check the fridge's instruction manual if you need to. Read more

Had to take the back cover off. It was very tight to remove the fan that sat in the drip pan but did get it off, was able to apply the same level of cursing and got the new pan installed, installing the drain tube was a breeze. Found the parts price very reasonable. Hoping the Whirlpool redesigned the pan so I won't have to do it ever again. I was surprised at how bad the quality of their original part was. Contacted Kitchen Aid to find the part and needed and was told they won't sell it as a single piece, Had to buy the entire drawer set up (drawer front, drawer back, wheels, trim...).
