Tried several new filters. Finally replacing housing fixed problem. Could not find any obvious defect in the housing, however, when pushing real hard on the filter door,water would flow.Seems to be some transfer valve inside housing body not properly actuated.

Live and learn, never put items up against the back of your refrigerator stopping the airflow. I did this and caused the water line to freeze. In an attempt to fix it, I used a heat gun and accidentally warped the parts in the water filter assembly. By replacing all three of the items listed that fit perfectly the problem was solved.

I replaced the screen filter (by sliding it to the rear), and then removed the filthy charcoal filter. Then I slid in the new charcoal filter and replaced it with a new screen filter. I repeated the other side. A piece of advice: the screen filter (silver one) comes with one per unit, where as the charcoal filter came with two per unit. I ordered a filter housing, some plastic tubes to replace the leaking one and en extra connector which came really handy.
I followed the videos and replaced parts pretty easily. It could have been done in as little as 15 minutes. But I started getting leaks and took me a while to play with water lines and changing connectors to stop the leak. Then I had to test it a few times to make sure it won't leak again.
