A replacement unified-thread screw used to secure appliance panels and internal components. Provides a direct fastener to restore secure attachment when original screws are missing, damaged, or corroded. What it does:
- Fastens panels, brackets, trim pieces, and other appliance components that use a unified-thread screw.
- Restores secure mounting to reduce rattling, movement, or misalignment of parts.
- Replaces stripped, rusted, or missing screws to help maintain safe operation.
- Works where the appliance's service manual or parts diagram specifies a unified-thread fastening point.
What's included: (1) unified-thread screw. Install notes:
- Disconnect power and water before servicing for safety.
- Use the correct screwdriver or bit to avoid stripping the head; install by hand until started, then snug—do not overtighten.
- Replace like-for-like: match thread type and length to the removed screw to ensure proper fit and function.
- If other fasteners show corrosion or damage, inspect nearby hardware and replace as needed.
