This is the outer door frame assembly for a microwave oven, finished in bisque color. It provides the structural housing for the door glass, handle, and latch mechanism while contributing to the sealed enclosure that contains microwave energy during operation. Replace this frame if it is cracked, warped, discolored, or if the door no longer closes and latches properly.

Took the vent cover off(2 screws). Removed control panel frame(1 screw). Freed control panel frame from the control panel. Snapped control panel into new frame. Replaced the screws. Done. A very simple repair. Read more
