Turned the power off. Lifted the oven door up and off.to make access easier and to clean an replace gasket.Then unscrewed the element brackets. Cleaned oven. Took oven door apart to replace gasket ,you have to separate the door halves to clean window and get the gasket out. This is where you better take pictures and notes. I replaced the gasket and ordered the other parts for the door that the hinges attach to in the frame of the oven. The person I spoke with told me I should always replace this part when I replace the hinges. I had replaced the hinges about 3 years ago but did not replace the additional parts. The fan was straightforward unscrew and disconnect wires then reinstall. The gaskets required the door to be disassembled contrary to the video that was provided when purchasing the gasket for the door.
