What's included: One electronic control board (assembly). Install notes:
- Disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the appliance before starting any repair.
- Handle the board by the edges and avoid touching components; use an ESD strap if available.
- Verify wiring harness connections and fuses before and after installation.

When the part arrived finally, 10 minute's later the refrigerator was working. Note: FedEx was not the fastest way, the part set days at their facility before moving to another. Finally, it was transferred to USPS and delivery was made by my postman.

Genuine Frigidaire part
By: Frigidaire
Part Number: 297286810
This run capacitor helps the refrigerator compressor start and run smoothly, restoring normal operation when a weak or failed capacitor causes the compressor to struggle. Replacing a faulty capacitor can reduce humming and improve cooling performance. What it does:
- Provides continuous phase-shift to the compressor motor for stable running.
- Helps maintain proper compressor speed and efficiency during operation.
- Commonly replaced when the compressor hums, won't stay running, or cooling is inconsistent.
- Reduces risk of repeated motor cycling caused by a weak or open capacitor.
What's included: One run capacitor. Install notes:
- Always disconnect power to the appliance before accessing electrical components.
- Discharge the capacitor before handling; capacitors can hold a charge even when powered off.
- Observe terminal orientation and mounting location; replace with the same type and ratings.

Lg refrigerator wound not start Steve S. • Peoria , AZ • May 28, 2016
For an emergency fix I installed a 3 in1 kit disabling the original start cap and wiring in the original run cap to the run winding.
Ordered the proper PTC and overload from Appliance Parts Pros and installed them 2 weeks later.
The original start and run capacitor were good, rewired back to design specs.
The original PTC had pins 1,2 and 3, the replacement had 2,3 and 4.
Only wiring change was to install the red wire from pin 1 on the original PTC to pin 4 on the new PTC.

A fan motor run capacitor that helps the appliance fan start and maintain smooth operation. Replacing a failed capacitor restores proper airflow and can help recover normal cooling performance when the original part wears out. What it does:
- Provides the phase shift and stored energy needed for the fan motor to start and run reliably.

- Used where a dedicated run capacitor is required for the appliance fan motor.
- Does not include installation tools or wiring harnesses.
What's included: One fan motor capacitor. Install notes:
- Disconnect power to the appliance before servicing to avoid electrical shock.
- Capacitors can hold a charge; discharge safely before touching terminals or disconnecting wires.
- Note terminal wiring positions (take a photo) to ensure correct reconnection.
