Ice sensing lever (keyed onto mtr shaft) found down and would not budge. Also, test button (hidden beneath mtr) only 'beeped' when pushed. The 10 pin connector's 'clip' is also hidden against roof of freezer - mine broke but connection still seems secure. Rear support clip that holds the crisper cover shelf in place. Replace when broken, snapped, or cracked to restore stability to your crisper drawer area.
If you can't pull out the displacement pins on the crisper cover support clips that allow the wall to carry the weight of the cover, slides and drawer, you may need to push those pins in (they fall down the wall) to remove the clip. During the replacement of both front clips, I had one I could remove and one I had attempted to drill a tiny hole in to be able to pull the pin. Right-hand end cap for refrigerator pantry drawer. Replaces broken, cracked, or damaged end caps that support the pantry drawer slide mechanism.
After taking the two vegetable drawers out from above, the glass shelf, the pantry drawer and the cross support for the glass, you can get to the two recessed hex head screws holding the end cap. You will need to transfer the metal drawer slide to the new cap, but it doesn't need to come off first. When the end cap is loose, gently rotate it toward the front.
