Chris L Hebron , OH June 05, 2017 Washer would not finish cycle erratic movement through cycle I replaced the main PCB in the back bottom of the washer. Simple exchange of pcb. All I needed was a phillips screwdriver and a second set of hands while all the cabling was moved from the original main pcb to the replacement pcb. Washer works like a charm now. Suspect failed transistors, but unable to confirm since board is mounted in epoxy, Replaced inverter card and washer is back in service. Replacement is easy if you are careful about removing the wiring harness connectors to the main and inverter boards. Also followed the video on You-tube to run the diagnostic codes and tests to verify the initial problem.onnect to inverter board. Removed the main board and inverter boards from the back of the dryer, Repair video was very helpful. Examined inverter board and tested fuse near the power terminals. Fuse was blown. James M Klamath Falls , OR January 02, 2024 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF42H5200AW/A2-0000 Samsung washing machine drum would not rotate. Tried to start but would not. I found the service manual online and went through the troubleshooting steps. The motor windings checked out okay and the next step was replacing the control circuit board and motor inverter board. I found the parts easily on AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered them. They arrived a few days later, I installed them and the machine works like new. To troubleshoot this you need a basic volt/ ohm meter and the service literature, which you can find online. Thanks guys for getting me the correct parts quickly.
