Ordered Bake Element, Y04100019 (Whirlpool AP4283614) to replace a broken bake element on my 30-year old Jenn-Air Model S125 Downdraft Slide-in electric range. In addition to blown fuse; the fuse holder was melted at one end. Checked the unit to see if any part or wiring that would cause the issue, none was visible. Referred to wiring diagram included inside to identify components, including interlocks. All seemed functional. Bought replacement 20A fuse. Fuse holder no longer available so bought similar unit with 25A rating - little retrofitting. Put unit back together, and it's working so far. Wife is happy. Read more

Let me first say that I did not intend to fix this microwave due to the age, however there are literally zero new microwaves that are small enough (height and depth) to fit.
