First - I called AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered the replacement knob. It was crazy easy, my CSR was super friendly, the part was super cheap and it arrived with standard shipping the very next day-that's just crazy!!! I contacted Freidrich.com. I was given a part #. I contacted Appliance parts and ordered the indicated part. Ordering was simple and efficient. My parts arrived in the time frame that I was given.
