It was striaght forward and helpful. In the process I found an unusal amount of lint in the pipe from the dryer to the vent pipe to the outside It was nearly blocked about 10" up the pipe.. After complete teardown and testing one of the two elements was bad, so I was relieved. I could not believe the speed of delievery of my part. Ordered part on Thursday at 9am. received Friday afternoon. While other companies are still processing the order this company had it here.
