Description

This thermostat with green and white leads monitors and helps regulate dryer heat so the machine maintains safe operating temperatures and consistent drying performance. It replaces a failed temperature-sensing switch. What it does:

• Senses drum/air temperature and opens or closes the circuit to control heating
• Helps prevent overheating when the thermostat opens at its set point
• Restores proper heat cycling when a worn thermostat causes no heat or continuous heating
