Designed with wires ready for installation, this on/off switch includes the bold red handle with on and off indicators, grounding lines, and pre-stripped and seated wiring. With a rotary design, it may need replacement when a machine is used frequently or the on/off switch is handled roughly. Making the repair requires a screwdriver and pliers. It is necessary to disconnect power cables when doing this repair in order to remain safe at all times. Removing the entire outdated assembly and then reconnecting the new wires is necessary, and caps may be required but do not come with the unit. This genuine OEM on/off switch is made for Generac brand portable generators. It is also effective on some brands of pressure washers. This item ships individually.

This OEM replacement part is a starter motor for generators. The starter motor spins the flywheel to start the generator when the power is turned on. If the generator is no longer turning on, then it might be time to replace the starter motor. Luckily, replacing a starter motor is a fairly simple repair. Before beginning, make sure the generator is turned off. Once powered off, remove the cover of the generator to gain access to the starter motor. Once located, remove the mounting bolts that attach the starter motor to the generator. After that, replace with the new starter motor and fasten the bolts to hold it in its proper position. This genuine replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Generac generators.
