This bake element supplies the lower-oven heat your range or wall oven needs for baking and roasting. Replace it when the oven won't heat properly in Bake or the element shows visible damage.

What's included: 1 bake element assembly Install notes:
- Disconnect power at the breaker and allow the oven to cool completely
- Access from inside the oven; remove mounting screws, pull the element forward, and move the two wire leads to the new element one at a time
- Support wires so they don't slip behind the liner; ensure snug terminal connections
- Restore power and run a short Bake cycle to verify operation

The delivery of the element was superfast, less than 24 hrs. Unplug the Stove from the receptical! Took a phippips screwdriver and took out the 2 screws holding it, and tilted it upwards a bit and pulled the element out about 3 inches an unhooked the wires.
Hooked the wires up to the new element and pushed it back into the holes and put the 2 screws back in and turned the stove on and that was all there was to that.
