This OEM screw is a fastener with a trimmed six-sided or hexagonal head plus a washer face on the bearing surface. It is one of the most commonly used fasteners. The screw is 3/4 long and has a thread size of 5/16 -18. A hex cap screw is installed into tapped holes by turning the head to fit and tighten.
