The Fastener Door Handle is an OEM component for GE refrigerators. This door handle provides a comfortable grip for accessing refrigerator shelves and bins. It attaches securely to the refrigerator door through durable metal fasteners.

Causes for a bad door handle could be cracks, damage, or stripped fastener holes resulting in a loose or detached handle. Regularly gripping and lifting may also cause normal wear over time.

Symptoms of a failing door handle include:

  • The handle detaching completely from the door
  • Looseness making the handle wobbly or unstable to hold
  • Sharp edges or broken parts posing a safety risk

This OEM GE handle is also compatible with Hotpoint, RCA, and select Kenmore refrigerator models.

This insulation bracket secures oven cavity insulation to the appliance frame, keeping insulation in place for efficient heat control and safe operation. It's a direct-replacement style bracket used where insulation needs a secure mounting point. What it does:

  • Holds oven or range insulation against the cabinet to maintain proper thermal separation and reduce heat loss
  • Prevents insulation from shifting or sagging during normal use and service
  • Helps maintain correct clearances around heating elements and components
  • Supports reliable oven performance and can reduce hotspots caused by displaced insulation
What's included: One insulation bracket. Install notes:
  • Inspect surrounding insulation and mounting holes; replace damaged insulation or fasteners as needed
  • Use appropriate fasteners as original — do not overtighten to avoid bending the bracket
  • Disconnect power and allow appliance to cool before accessing internal components

This silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) is an electronic switching component used on appliance control boards to regulate power to heating elements or motors, restoring proper control and operation when the SCR fails. What it does:

  • Acts as a power-control switch on control boards to deliver variable current to heaters or motors
  • Helps regulate on/off cycles and output under control-board commands
  • Failure may cause no heat, intermittent heating, or components not running as expected
  • Replacing a faulty SCR can restore consistent power control and appliance function
What's included: One silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) Install notes:
  • Disconnect all power before servicing; risk of electric shock or damage
  • Static-sensitive component—use proper ESD precautions when handling
