The Capacitor is an OEM part for Bosch vent hoods. This part temporarily stores electrical energy to generate stable high voltage for halogen light operation.
Situated near the light ballast, the capacitor traps charges that build up after each discharge then holds them for instantaneous delivery during the next bulbs ignition. This allows continuous high-frequency halogen lighting for enhanced visibility over cooktops.
