James S Des Moines , IA April 24, 2015 Appliance: Model MAYTAG CENTENNIAL #MVWC300XWO The agitator didn't move After I watched your video about disassembling the agitator, I found that the splines on the lower half of the agitator were worn down and didn't engage the splines on the transmission driveshaft. Replacing the agitator solved all our problems!! I placed my order about 3:30 in the afternoon and the parts were waiting on our front steps by 11:30 the next morning.
