I ordered a complete agitator assembly as 3 of the 4 paddles had broken off the bottom half and the top half would not engage no matter which direction I rotated it. It was free spinning and it used to engage in one direction and would turn the bottom half. It was clear internal parts needed to be replaced as well. Replacing the assembly was a breeze. one bolt holding it on and the instructions that came with the assembly were sufficient enough. But I did watch the repair video from appliancepartspros.com website as well to ensure I didn't miss anything. Ran a load after the repair and the issue was resolved. No more bouncing washing machine.
