It's designed to only fit one way so you can't put it in upsided down. It twists into place and then locks in with tabs. It takes a little tricky, but look carefully at the parts. Everything snaps into place perfectly. Since the rack pulls out you don't even have to work inside the dishwasher. No tools needed. 10 minute fix. Save yourself a $150 repair visit. Jason G Lake Orion , MI October 23, 2023 Appliance: KitchenAid Dishwasher KUDE60HXSS0 Leaks at bottom of the door. Check your Spray Arms first! I wish I had. If they are cracked, they will spray at the door and cause leaks. They are super easy to replace with no tools necessary. They crack at the seams and I could see water/soap crust evidence on my seams. And I tested by removing each arm and filling with water from the sink; even without high pressure there were drips coming from spots on the seams. Good luck. Read More...
