How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6989324 / W11469209 Arm-Spray

Check your Spray Arms first! I wish I had. If they are cracked, they will spray at the door and cause leaks. They are super easy to replace with no tools necessary. They crack at the seams and I could see water/soap crust evidence on my seams. And I tested by removing each arm and filling with water from the sink; even without high pressure there were drips coming from spots on the seams. Good luck. 

Replaced the upper and lower spray arm and also the top spinner. All items easily replaced in 30 minutes. Dishwasher is performing better!
