Erik B Cobb , CA July 17, 2015 Appliance: Model KITCHEAID TABLE TOP MIXER The planetary on my kitchenaid mixer fell off Getting answers from Whirlpool/KitchenAid was a complete joke and waste of time.They said there was nothing I could do but send it in for repairs,,and that it would take at least a month.I did some research online ,and most of my good info was found on youtube,,,(there is hope for the internet) I researched the part ,talked to a very helpful young lady at appliancePartsPROS,,,who found the right part number,,,the part came in when promised ,,and thanks to several youtube tutorials on how to change out the planetary,,,problem solved,,thank you,,,only special tool required is snap-ring pliers.
