Michael P Mission Hills , CA October 10, 2016 All the teeth on the coupler and the jar assembly were ground to nothing My daughter decided to use the blender and forgot to lock the jar in place and ground all the teeth on the coupler and the the jar assembly down to nothing. I went looking on how to fix it and found a repair video. The video sent me to your site. I bought the parts and replaced them, and for a fraction of what it would cost to replace the blender, I have a brand newish working perfectly blender! Thanks! Luis P San Diego , CA November 17, 2018 Appliance: Whirlpool Blender KSB1575CCU0 Assy jar had broken/worn out plastic gear preventing blade from spinning 1. Remove Coupler by tapping it clockwise (lose), then flipped blender over 2. Remove 4 screws holding base, once inside 3. Remove 4 more screws holding Lock-jar, 2 of those screws have spring with a washer, remove broken Lock-jar. 4. installation of new parts is the reverse steps. Note: At the end, Hand-screw Coupler Counter clock wise (Tight) last, install Assy-Jar properly, and Turn on blender to test. Happy Blendings days.
