Description

This is the upper agitator auger that sits on top of the lower agitator in a dual-action washing machine. It ratchets back and forth independently to create additional water movement and improve cleaning performance. Replace this part if the upper portion of the agitator no longer moves or if the internal cam dogs are worn out, causing the auger to spin freely in both directions.
