John M Manchester , MD March 30, 2015 Agitator on my washer was not connecting the teeth were worn out WITH MY NEW PARTS FROM YOU GUY'S IT WAS A SNAP. THEY WERE AN EXACT FIT. IT WAS NOT A DIFFICULT PROBLEM. JUST HAD TO REMOVE THE OLD PARTS IN ORDER AND INSTALL THE NEW ONES IN THE SAME ORDER. Bertrand J New Providence , NJ June 21, 2014 Upper auger on kenmore washer skipping resulting in intermittent rotation compared to lower agitator during wash cycle r First, I tried replacing dogs but wear on dog retainer sleeve ( which rotates in lower agitator) allowed dogs to not always engage in agitator teeth. A new Cam-Agit assembly seemed to fix problem. The agitator should also be replaced (quite expensive) for best fix. Read More...
