John M Manchester , MD March 30, 2015 Agitator on my washer was not connecting the teeth were worn out WITH MY NEW PARTS FROM YOU GUY'S IT WAS A SNAP. THEY WERE AN EXACT FIT. IT WAS NOT A DIFFICULT PROBLEM. JUST HAD TO REMOVE THE OLD PARTS IN ORDER AND INSTALL THE NEW ONES IN THE SAME ORDER. Called on a Sunday afternoon with my model number and actually spoke to a sales person. The kit was sent out on Monday and I received it on Wednesday. WOW!!!!
