William Q Hopewell Junction , NY August 29, 2014 Water was leaking from the bottom of the washing machine during cycles After troubleshooting the problem I checked online for similar issues and how they were resolved. I discovered the video on YouTube for replacing the wash tub boot. Although the video was for a Whirlpool washer it turned out to be spot on for my Kenmore Elite. The breakdown and removal of the torn boot was bolt for bolt perfect. I ordered the part direct from Appliancepartspros.com on a Sunday night and it arrived by Tuesday afternoon. I watched the same video over, replaced the boot then reassembled the machine. Five loads of laundry later and no leaks. Would definitely use the site again, recommend it to friends and the part was about fifteen dollars cheaper than Sears parts direct. Thanks..
