The lid was closed, but the lock mechanism wasn't working. We purchased a new lid lock assembly, latch strike assembly, and a new lid lock bezel. The repair was easy once we figured out what to do via YouTube videos. The hardest part was figuring out how to get the top part of the washer off. Our washer is working perfectly again. Read More...
