I got the fan in two days! I used regular shipping and APP delivered on time. My story is that I live in the country and no one returned my calls for repair - so I figured I could get this done. I watched the online video on APP website. Opened up back of freezer after removing ice making and cleaning up ice buildup, I installed the new fan motor. It was easy and my fridge is now cooling perfectly. This is the best customer service org I've encountered for this sort of thing. I've repaired a dryer and washer using them.
