Description

This terminal box cover closes the dishwasher's electrical junction box under the unit, protecting and retaining the supply-wire connections. Replace a cracked, loose, or missing cover to restore a safe enclosure and proper wire containment. What it does:

• Encloses the dishwasher's junction box to prevent accidental contact with live wiring
• Helps secure and contain the incoming power wires
• Keeps debris out of the electrical connection area
• Common signs of failure: missing or broken cover, loose fit, stripped fastener point, rattling behind the kick panel

Install notes:

• Disconnect power at the circuit breaker before servicing
• Remove the lower access/kick panel to reach the junction box; remove the fastener and old cover
• Ensure all wiring is inside the box and the strain relief is secure; position the new cover and secure the fastener
• Do not operate the dishwasher without the junction box cover installed
