Greg W Cedar Parl , TX February 04, 2017 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE Ice dispenser not working After removing the trim panel I discovered the tabs on the mounting panel/bracket that held the switch were broken so I knew I needed a bracket and I suspected the switch was bad as it had noticeable scoring on one of the contacts. Watching the online video repair confirmed my diagnosis. I ordered the bracket and panel on Monday night. Both parts arrived on Wednesday and I replaced both in less than 15 minutes. Total cost, with regular shipping that arrived in two days was less than $50. It would have cost twice that just to have a repairman look at it. This was my second repair using Appliance Parts Pro and I'm sold. Great service, great videos, parts diagrams, instructions, everything you need to do it yourself and save hundreds. Awesome company.
