Robert G Frederick , MD December 26, 2015 Appliance: Model LNC7757A71 Dryer would not start The thermostat kit includes the thermal fuse which was the bad part. Replaced both the fuse and the included high-limit thermostat. The parts I ordered fixed the problem, and it was very easy to do. As recommended, I also vacuumed out the vent tubes since vent blockage was cited as a possible cause for the fuse to blow. The only fly in the ointment was that the AppliancePartsPros.com confirmation email said the parts were for a Whirlpool Dryer, which caused a little consternation for me since I had searched for and ordered parts for an Admiral dryer. Turns out it was not a problem since Whirlpool makes replacement parts for many brands. Although it was a slightly different design.even the Whirlpool light bulb fit, Bottom line: Dryers are incredibly easy for amateurs to repair, so watch the videos and then go for it! Read More... Jd B Lamar , CO February 28, 2016 Appliance: Model MAYTAG STACKABLE SE1000 Water flow into tub with unit off and water on floor Appliance Parts Pros site trouble shooting quickly identified issue as the water valve. Love this older Maytag stackable, so I opted to repair rather than replace. Not shown on part list if the water valve replacement, which fixed the issue. Since the set is older, the other parts were ordered as a preventative measure so assure availability of parts for future repair. I'm a nearly 70 year old woman and made the repair in under 30 minutes. Hardest part being pulling the unit away from the wall! I've ordered parts from here before - each time I had parts delivered within days of order. All parts OEM and always the right stuff. Read More... Glenn D San Antonio , TX May 15, 2016 Ripped screen / broken plastic on lint filter and bulb burnt out These were both extremely easy fixes, and took no time at all. The lint filter was just a remove and replace, and the bulb only required a phillips screwdriver to remove two screws. The actual reason I am submitting this is to say (once again) how pleasant it is to deal with AppliancePartsPros.com. This is the second time I've used them, and I've been recommending them to everyone. They have a helpful staff, extremely fast shipping, and all the parts I have wanted have been available.
