Whirlpool W10709921 Microwave Light Bulb OEM Part

Ordered from an appliance store and got wrong bulbs. They wanted to charge $15.00 each for the right ones. Your sight had then for $7.00.

Ordered (2) new bulbs from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced the old ones.

Ordered necessary parts and replaced the bad ones. Microwave like new again!

There we were, lost in the dark, without illumination on the cooktop. The downlight on the microwave had burned out. Boiling water in the dark is no easy task and we needed a fix fast. The microwave manual was somewhere in another room, so we had to do without. Taking a flashlight from a nearby drawer, I looked up under the microwave and noticed a glass panel that may have had a lamp behind it but there was no way to know for sure without unscrewing the screw that held it in place. So, off to the garage I went in search for a screwdriver. Screwdriver in hand, I removed the screw and dropped the glass plate covering the suspected light bulb. I removed the bulb (no easy task, as it was tightly held by a ceramic socket that wouldn't let go). Looking at the bulb, I realized it wasn't something I would find at Home Depot, so I googled the make, model and bulb and this website came up. Finding the correct bulb was simple, even for me and I ordered two. The bulb showed up two days later and was as hard to install in the socket as it was to get out. The reasonable cost of the oart, the fast and efficient service, including the speedy delivery meant that we only had to eat out two nights. Couldn't ask for more.

I live in Hawaii. I phoned AppliancePartsPros.com on a Sunday and I got a live customer service rep to take my order for the replacement parts. By Wednesday I had the parts. I installed them and everything now works fine.
