After a few weeks of clicking popping beeping and finally quitting all together i replaced the startdev and it cured my problems solved the refrigerator's issues and all is cool today It was a simple matter to unplug the old START-DEV and plug-in the new. The only problem I had was the wire clip that held the old START-DEV in place would not work on the new part because of a difference in the thickness of the parts.
