I found a video on Youtube that showed how to diagnose if the control panel (touchpad) was not working and sure enough that is what it was. I also decided to replace the control board because of some shorting out and blackening around the area of the power connection. A bit of further research showed some nasty situations that probably should have resulted in a recall but for relatively little cost I replaced the control board as well. Fixes were easy and straightforward. The biggest task was taking the dishwasher door panel off and on. Read More...
