Seemed to work a little better for a week, then problem recurred (also noted wide swings in temperature). Ordered the Adaptive defrost board and now running fine, stable fridge temperature and no re-frosts on the fins in the freezer. Most difficult part was positioning the plastic covers over the lights, as time and heat from the light had warped the plastic. Easy popped the cover off, snaped out the board, plugged in put all back together.
