Scott S Culver Drive , CA June 27, 2014 Icemake stopped making ice We had a sears tech come out and "inspect" our freezer - he said it was one of the 2 vales behind the fridge that needed to be replaced. I found them for 50 bucks each on amazon... but then I thought I might shop around. Then i found this kit - that has the 2 valves AND the icemaker assembly for basically the same price. I went ahead and swapped out the icemaker assembly since it didn't involve getting behind the fridge. the next morning - BOOM ice. lots of ice. amazed. and happy. John W Palm Beach Gardens , FL August 11, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Refrigerator KBRA20EMSS00 Ice maker was slow making ice after 10 years the coating was scaling off too I ordered a new ice maker, install kit and double valve. After watching a couple videos on the site here I tackled the install with ease. About 15 minutes and I was done. Now she makes ice like the local Holiday Inn. My order was placed Wednesday evening.
