The broken track and shelf stud were the most important part of the repair. I was astounded to find parts for a 20 year old fridge. I was concerned about how to remove the damaged stud. As luck would have it, your site contained a video on how to remove it. Without the video, I would not have been so successful and would most likely have done more harm than good. All I needed for the repair was an open end wrench. It took about 30 seconds to remove and replace. I could not be more please at how everything went.

Searched for refrigerator on line by manufacturer and then model number. Discovered parts picture that allowed me to identify the broken shelf part. Ordered part. Arrived in 2-3 days. Installed shelf by sliding it into place.

I didn't have much hope for finding parts for an older, but good refrigerator until I found Appliance Parts Pros. Their web site is one of the best and the people for phone contact are helpful. In some cases the web site also has instructional videos showing how the repairs are done. My two parts arrived sooner than expected and were the correct ones.

This shelf sits on brackets and so it was nothing to remove the old, put the existing glass into the new frame and reinstall. Now the drawer slides on track as designed. The only trick is to get the correct side and I just measured the old and made sure the new was a match.
